Digital Building Summit 2025

Digital Building Summit 2025 is set to open in Beijing from 16-17 May, focusing on how artificial intelligence can transform the building sector and create new development models.

The event will convene under the theme "AI + Refined Management: Building New Models for the Construction Industry". 

It will address critical topics including quality housing, resilient cities, and digital transformation. It will also focus on boosting industry confidence and supporting private construction enterprises. Discussions will explore the integration of artificial intelligence across the construction value chain, including design, construction, consulting, education and supply chain management.

Since its inaugural event in 2010, the summit has established itself as a signature annual gathering for the industry. It has consistently addressed pain points in the sector's transformation and upgrade, bringing together influential academics, think tank experts, industry regulators and business leaders.
