Located in Mukim Kajang, Daerah Hulu Langat, Selangor to build a Residential Apartment which consists 2 blocks of building units. TMEC is being used for piping quantity takeoff and extraction.

2. Inaccurate cost budgets due to lump sum quantity for M&E works.

3. The conventional BQ has no means of reverse-checking the quantity listed, leading to the risk of miscoordination or lower work efficiency.
