Located at Mukim Keratong, Daerah Rompin, Pahang which consist of 312 units of single-story semi-detached houses having 1,200ft2 build-up area based on Developer specification; 340 units of single-story semi-detached houses having 1,000ft2 build-up area based on Prima Pahang specification and 40 units of single-story terraced houses having 800ft2 build-up area based on Prima Pahang specification. This project involved 100 acres and consisted of 3 blocks.
