Located in the centre of the capital city in Malaysia, this project consists of 2 towers and 40 floors on each tower. Also, the building consists of 7 evaluated car park floors,
1 facilities floors inclusive of playgrounds, water-featured park and other recreational facilities.

Challenges with Traditional Methods:

1. QTO in the traditional process is tedious. This is due to traditional methods being done by a lot of QS professionals and the quantity will be complicated when their work is merged before submission.

2. Difficult to extract the specific data of quantity that client request in traditional methods.
