Job Title: International Business Development Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Sales performance

• Achieve the sales quotas and adjust the sales strategy based on the local market;

Direct Sales to Key International Accounts

• Identifying CubiCost target customers; establish and manage the target customer data base;

• Understand and communicate the value proposition of CubiCost solutions (independent product demo).

• Identifying customer requirements, cultivating customer relationships and promoting CubiCost software products to potential commercial clients. • Record sales data, sales activities and submit the PO in SF system;

• Sales contract preparation; payment follow-up; Assist in after-sales service etc.

• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships to establish the local user testimony.

Reselling sales through current resellers

• Update the reseller’s knowledge and sales capability of Cubicost;

• Support resellers with their demo meetings, quotation process and orders;

• Sales contract preparation; payment follow-up; Assist in after-sales service etc.

2. After-sales service together with technical manager

• Do the product demo to clients;

• Organize the basic product training to users;

3. Marketing activities

• Together with director, organize the customized marketing activities for the local market to generate the sales leads;

• The marketing activities include but not limited to workshop, webinar, launch event etc.

• Commercial or technical speech at the events;

• Other jobs assigned by the Department Manager.

4. Job qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related industry, or relevant industry experience preferable,

• At least 1-year of relevant experience in B2B Sales/ QS background

• Passionate for sales, motivated and eager to succeed

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin

Job Title: Account Manager

Location: SG,MY,ID Responsibility

1. Good knowledge of the construction industry, especially related technology for contractors and consultants (such as BIM)

2. Develop and acquire new customers from our target market segment (Main contractors, sub-contractors, M&E contractors, and QS Consultant) over the telephone, e-mail, and outdoor visiting

3. Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts

4. Keep up good relationships with existing and new clients

5. Make an appointment and demonstrate our excellent BIM software presentations for customers

6. Excellent negotiation and follow-up skills

7. Provide pre-sales our software consultant and after-sales support for our software implementation

8. Generate weekly sales report for management

9. Undertake tasks assigned from time to time

Requirement

1. Degree with a minimum of 1 year of sales or B2B experience in the AEC software industry

2. Entry-level candidates with Architecture or QS education backgrounds are welcomed

3. Preferably with construction industry experience candidates and QS background

4. Highly sales-driven and confident self-motivated

5. Pro-active and able to work independently

6. Practice integrity and high dedication

7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

8. Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities
