Throughout the event, Glodon welcomed visitors to its stand to demonstrate solutions supporting key workflows across the construction lifecycle, including site management, cost estimation, quantity takeoff and architectural design. The discussions reflected strong interest in practical digital tools and AI-led solutions that can help construction teams improve visibility, reduce inefficiencies and make better-informed decisions from early design through to project delivery.

Products showcased at the event included Gsite, Glodon's mobile-first site management platform designed to improve site visibility and project control; Cubicost, its AI-powered 5D BIM Digital Cost Estimation solution supporting more efficient cost workflows; QuantifAI, its next-generation global Quantity Takeoff product supporting faster and more accurate quantity management; and Concetto, its AI-driven architectural design tool supporting concept design, schematic design, site positioning, AI rendering, masterplan generation and early-stage design decision-making.

The solutions reflect Glodon's continued focus on supporting construction companies with practical digital capabilities that address real project challenges, from cost control and quantity management to design coordination and site operations. Across the wider DCW programme, AI was also a prominent theme, with seminars and industry discussions focusing on how construction businesses can move from exploration to practical application. Wataru Matsumoto, Vice President at Glodon, said:

"AI was a major topic of discussion at DCW, just as it was at Glodon's Digital Engineering Summit in Shenzhen. The industry is paying close attention to how AI can be applied effectively and deliver real value.

"DCW gave us valuable opportunities to speak directly with customers from different markets and better understand how their digital construction needs are evolving. These conversations are important as we continue to strengthen our solutions for the global construction industry."

Glodon's participation also underlined the company’s continued commitment to to strengthening its engagement with the UK market while reinforcing its role as a global digital construction technology provider.

As the construction industry continues to face pressure around productivity, cost control, sustainability and project delivery, Glodon will continue to support customers with digital solutions designed to improve efficiency and enable smarter construction outcomes.
