Driving Digital Innovation in Construction

Glodon’s digital solutions address everyday tasks in construction, from quantity takeoff and cost management to site coordination. QuantifAI, CostAI and Gsite help project teams reduce repetitive work, keep information organised and respond to changes as projects progress.

  • QuantifAI combines architectural and structural quantity takeoff in one platform, using AI and 5D BIM to simplify measurement work. It supports quantity surveyors and estimators from tender through construction to final account, helping them maintain consistent quantity information while allowing more time for checking details and reviewing changes.
  • CostAI supports project cost management, with a focus on improving cost visibility and identifying potential risks earlier. It helps teams understand cost pressures as they arise, supporting more informed commercial decisions and closer control of project margins.
  • Gsite connects site and office teams through a shared platform for drawings, documents, site records and issue tracking. Teams can record issues, assign follow-up actions and monitor progress, making responsibilities easier to track and reducing the need to chase updates across separate channels.

Across these areas, Glodon focuses on making digital tools useful in daily project work. By simplifying routine tasks and making information easier to access and review, these solutions help construction professionals manage their work with greater consistency and control.

Supporting Digital Adoption in Malaysia

Alongside its product development, Glodon works with government agencies, professional institutions, universities and industry partners to support digital adoption in Malaysia. These collaborations include engagement with CIDB Digital and the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), with a focus on professional development, knowledge exchange and the practical use of digital tools.

Industry programmes and education initiatives give practitioners and students opportunities to build skills and understand how digital workflows apply to construction projects. These efforts complement Glodon’s technology offering by helping people develop the confidence and capability to use it in their work.

As CIOB Malaysia celebrates 50 years of excellence, the recognition at the CIOB Malaysia Building Excellence Awards 2026 marks a milestone for Glodon in Malaysia, as the company continues to support digital adoption through its products, training and industry partnerships.
