China Digital Building Summit Pushes for Systemic Transformation in the Construction Industry

The China Digital Building Summit 2024, held on May 24-25, brought together experts and industry leaders to explore the transformative potential of AI in driving systemic digitalization across the construction industry. 

Organized by a consortium of leading institutions, the event included expert panels, experience sharing, and technological showcases on hot topics such as AI in construction, new productivity, systemic digitalization, digital transformation, and digital construction sites. 

Yuan Zhengang, CEO of Glodon Company Limited, in his keynote address, highlighted the importance of digital transformation targeting refined management in the construction industry. Practical case studies, including the Glodon Smart Construction and South China Headquarters project, were also shared. These sessions provided high-level insights, policy interpretations, and practical solutions to drive digital transformation and high-quality development in the construction sector.
